Weight loss Journey thread.

Any of you guys currently trying to lose weight? I'm 4 weeks in and about 12lb down so far and feeling good.

I've never done any form of exercise before or even lifted any weights to new to all this.

30 years old. 5'9 and currently 170lb so now I'm looking to ad muscle.

Any tips or help for motivation would be appreciated/b/
